BD DIFCO Freund's Complete Adjuvant (263810): a suspension of desiccated Mycobacterium butyricum in a mixture of paraffin oil and an emulsifying agent, mannide monooleate. It is used in the preparation of antigen-adjuvant emulsions used in immunological studies with laboratory animals. Formulation per 10mL ampule: Mannide Monooleate (1.5mL), Paraffin oil (8.5mL) and Mycobacterium butyricum (5mg)
